Many Christians are curious about spiritual experience but understandably cautious about language that feels sensational or dismissive of faith. I try to speak about the mystical with reverence, grounding, and respect for conscience.
My understanding is that a life of faith can include prayer, wisdom, discernment, compassion, and a sense of God’s presence in surprising places. “Mystical” does not have to mean abandoning Christian values; it can mean paying attention to wonder while remaining humble about what we cannot know.
Every person deserves room to ask honest questions without pressure. Spiritual companionship should support that freedom.
